Post EOB’s to patient accounts.


Compare payment amounts to contracted rates to ensure accurate reimbursement and decrease underpayments.


Follow up and resolve claim denials and errors.


Mail out patient statements.


Answer patient inquiries regarding statements and EOB’s.


Payments go directly to your company via EFT or mail.

As Vice President of Administration, I saw how the billing and collections could impact the entire operation and implemented processes needed to maximize billing efficiency. I worked with Physical Therapist's, office staff and aides to charge correctly, guided and trained office staff  to communicate with patients correctly and let the appropriate people address billing and collections, thus avoiding confusion and miscommunications. I am passionate about the Physical Therapy community and dedicate my time and services to ensure that practices run successfully so patient's can receive the care that they need. 

As a Lodi, CA native I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and two dogs. We often spend our time traveling to the bay area to go site seeing.
